Last December we went to Mexico for a week of much needed escape from the cold weather a.k.a. reality. To be honest, we spent a few days since the New Year to recover from the post-vacation blues. The palm tree heaven, salty breeze, warm sands, tacos, and tequila seemed not so far away.
We spent most of the time on the beach basking, reading books, listening to the waves, and soaking up the sunshine. Too good to be true. Also, we tried some interesting Mexican foods, explored the flea market, and watched the rhythm of the night show. We enjoyed the quality time together which was the best part of the vacation.
We took some time to reflect the past year on our way back. When I took a deep breath of the cold, clean air, I realized that it felt so good to be back home. It is time to get back to the swing of things and 2016 will be a great year!
